Anybody use one of these? How is the connection and cost compared to just getting a regular hook-up at home or office? |

a USB modem? Like dial up? uhm.. it'd be slow..
if you have broadband you don't connect that to the PC..
you use ethernet to connect those. |

they do have usb modems for those systems who don't have any wireless hardware (so it's gotta be several years old).
it's going to be slower than having a real wireless network card. but it should work. |

Sorry, I got the terminology wrong. What I mean is the wireless recievers that stick into a USB port on your laptop allowing you to use the internet from anywhere. |

Do you mean the Wibro?
Wimax?
I've heard its seoul wide, but I haven't used it.
Or do you mean a regular USB wifi adapter? |
