Ive sat and read a whole bunch of threads on pulling a runner at the end of the month instead of finishing your notice. Im ready to leave my self and have a question.
First - so i decided and i have offered my notice and am hoping that the school will accept it and not keep playing it out (they wouldnt let a friend of mine go until 'he' found a replacement).

Question - If i serve my notice, they dont accept it - i say ''well, i tried f@@@ you IM going'', i leave, i go home, get my stuff sorted etc etc - can i come back. Has leaving without a release letter shafted me in no-mans land?

Have a notary public send a bilingual notice of termination to immigration
and your boss simultaneously. That way there is absolutely no way your
boss can screw you. (with immi anyway)
