another chance to push my latest find...www.cabrosia.co.kr

In more detail:

1. Buy 1 kilo of a coffee that appeals to you.
2. Open the bag, take out 1/2 cup.
3. Put it in a 6 inch non-stick or a more healthy iron/steel alternative.
4. Turn the fire up to middle high. Wait for a ping sound from the beans.
5. Toss them once. The bottoms will be cinnimon color.
6. Turn the fire down to medium low. Listen for crackling. When crackling begins, toss again. Each time crackling begins, toss. As you toss, crackling will stop. If you let beans sit, they will crackle again. Do this for about 10 minutes until the beans are dark brown-oily black. They do not need to be the same color.
7. Pour into a stainless steel basin. Spin them around, flip them around, allow the steel to suck away the heat. Reduce the heat of the beans as quickly as possible.
8. Store in air tight jar or coffee bag (old coffee bag with a top that can fold down
9. Grind in grinder
10. filter through paperfilter into cup.

Drink.
You will be suprised to find that even very strong coffee which is this fresh has absolutely no acidity or bitter effect. It goes down smooth as bottled water. Very nice. Nothing like it in the world.

Hint: smoke will occur if you roast more than 1/2 cup at a time. If you roast a cup, turn on your oven exhaust fan. Flip constantly so that smoking does not get out of control.

Hint2: beans are darker while roasting. If you think they get black, they will be dark dark brown when cool.

Hint 3: grean beans do not go stale. They will stay fresh as long as the uncooked rice in your pantry will.

Angel-in-us Coffee isn't too bad. The Coffee Bean is alright too.

You get used to the mocha gold at home. I'm more a practical coffee drinker, though, just drinking in the morning to wake up, so I'm hardly a connoisseur.
