The Chungmuro International Film Festival in Seoul is on this weekend and ends Tuesday (Sept. 1).
I just checked out the website and they are showing a good selection of movies from around the world. From what I can tell, most have English subtitles if they aren't in English already. I think you can also reserve tickets online--yes, even us waygukins can too!
