Are there any good-to-know laws that would relate to day to day life in Korea that wouldn't be self-explanatory? Anyone have experience with such things? |

well according to the irrefutable logic of forum posters here, ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it. I just hope you know all the Korean laws. You won't get any sympathy for breaking any laws here, just a "obey the laws or get out"
Good luck. |

That is actually one of the laws in most countries. You don't get off for not knowing, for some small stuff you can often get off for pretending to be an ignorant foreigner as some have reported. |

the only problem is that you can't possibly know all the laws so the expectation to know all of them is too high. Even lawyers and police officers combined dont know all the laws in their own country. So the whole 'ignorance of the law' is just bankrupt logic. |
