| I think my ex-boss may not give me a Release Letter. Someone on a diff thread said he left to go Japan and cancelled his visa that way, came back on a tourist and got new visa with new employer straight away (b4 old one expired). Does anyone else know if this is ok? |

As long as you are finished your contract, it should not present a problem. If your new employer asks, tell him that your previous employer did not give you one. Leave, hand in your ARC to immigration when you leave and come back on a tourist visa.  |
