Ok, here's the odd thing...
When I duplicated an existing ad and decided to run it in India, the price range quoted was about .11 to .17 CPM (give or take a penny -- can't remember).
Then I decided to add the Philippines to the SAME ad, so I would be running the ad in both India and the Phils. The number of people who could possibly view the ad went way up, but the CPM actually dropped substantially to about between .07 and .11.
Doesn't that seem strange? |
