does anyone know if you can cash an american cheque at KEB????
or if there is any way to get money from your american account in korea??

Do you have an international ATM card? If so just find an international ATM (with the Maestro, Cirrus, or Visa + logos) and get your cash out from it. They're not as common as in most countries I've been to, but you can find them in stations or malls, or look for a KEB bank.
