| I have filled up my KB bankbook so need a new one. How do I do this? Last time I just went in to the bank and asked and they made me one but since then my schedule has changed and I am unable to make it in to KB during banking hours. Is there a phone number I can call? |

| No. There is no other way - you have to go in person to get one made. Can't you go at lunch time? |

| If possible, you could call the nearest branch then ask them if you could stop by after work (if they have someone that speaks English well) Usually the bank is open for another hour or so past 4PM- you may get a chance as late as 6- but you must ask! |
