Hi, Im looking for an apartement in itaewon or a trusty real estate agent in the area that can find me something. i have 3 million key money and can rise to 600,000 a month. any body know about anything out there?

I have a great realtor who I met through a friend's referral and who I often refer to others because she is great. She has found me my last 3 homes. Her name is T.J. and her number is 010-8572-3489. Her office is next to the waffle factory by Noksapyeong station. Give her a call!

There is a new lady working who is married to a foreigner. She knows what foreigners like and will be up front with contracts etc. She speaks english very well so you would have no trouble.

There is no one realtor who is going to help you. Each one only works with a few listings. This is the only way to do it:

Just start walking around the neighborhood you want to live (or any random place in Itaewon).
Find a realtor.
See what they have to offer.
Walk until you see another realtor.
See what they have to offer.
Repeat until you find a place you like.

It's a long process, but it's really the only way to find a decent place.
