huamdong. closer to sookmyung station. just a few minutes to the top

of the hill. quiet area. no major roads. it is a rooftop. with decent

amount of space. seperate bedroom, living kitchen area combined. lots of light. city view. currently paying 300000. it will be a new a contract so the

price could jump 25000 or so. great deal in seoul tho close to some excellent busses.

bedroom 3mx3m kitchen livingroom 3.5x3.5 ?

the hill from hbc is a killer, but

not from the sookmyung side. which is

the way you would go. also there is easy bus access from

either side. number 2 and 202 will get you a few hundred metres from

the building. |

				| How far is it to walk to Sookmyung station? Is there any green space in the area (like a nice park)? How far away is the university campus, and are there any walking trails there? |

it is under a kilometre and a half to sookmyung uni

and only 900metres to the station

bus stations are 100m and 250m away

namsan park is about three hundred metres away. (uphill)

it is full of walking trails and forest.

in the morning there are birds chirping, and crickets in the evening.

there is no through road so traffic noise is minimal. |

				| Hi, the apartment sounds good but (as I said on the phone) the timing is kind of bad for me. Hopefully you'll find another tenant soon. |
