Try the "Red Door" black market shop in Itaewon.

Directions:

Go out Exit 3 at Itaewon station. Make a U-turn at the top of the steps and walk toward the intersection. Follow the sidewalk around the corner and keep walking down the street. Walk about 3-4 minutes and you'll see a yellow money exchange sign beside a storefront with a red trimmed door. There's an old lady that works this place and she has a lot of candy and other foodstuffs. If she doesn't have it then try to Foreign Food Market near Hooker Hill.
