Anyone else in Seoul having problems with Dave's being blocked by Korean internet providers? Dongdaemun Cable seems to be blocking only the Korean Forum part of Dave's? I found a work-around for now, but it sure is odd. I wonder if this had anything to do with the Steve Schertzer article?

I have gotten a lot of "phpbb critical connection errors" lately, but if I hit refresh once or twice the page loads. I assume that is a problem on Dave's end.

Yes, i've had regular problems accessing this site for the last two or three weeks. I get a message saying the site is 'forbidden on this server'.

But then after a while, it's fine again. Very strange.

I usually can't get in during the early morning and evenings.

Midday - is easy to get in and Sunday mornings is easy to get in.

I thought it was dependant on the number of users already in - because at those hours when many users are online (early morning, etc) its hard..

never thought that my KT Megapass would be blocking it ????

I also found a back door (to get in)...

I use the search engine - http://www.google.com/coop/cse?cx=006359271486458796786%3A_ooozypbm6u

then type "Mongchontoseong" after which 3 links will show in the search results and click on either of the three links...

Gets me in (via the back door) every time quickly...

Bad press may start haunting Dave's if we have people like Steve publishing anger-inciting crap.

Is he out to destroy the site?

Yea, KTMegapass at home, come up with, forbidden on this server. But then it'll work a couple of hours later.
