I had one of my co-workers mail out a couple of letters from a post office in Suwon a few days ago. I was just curious how long mail takes to arrive at its final destination (U.S.). Thanks in advance! |

If they don't get lost, between 10 -14 days. |

Yup. what the above poster says.. They usually say it takes 3-4 weeks to send things out snail mail but for some reason it always gets there within 2 weeks which is why i never pay for express post. |

From NZ it normally takes around a week. Parcels to NZ take between 1 week and 3 weeks |

snail mail only takes 8 days to Australia.
Whenever I go to a post office they usually insist on EMS (Koreas fast post) - but its also just as slow and super-expensive.
I sent a thin book from Seoul to Australia recently (posted it on a Thursday) postage was 30,000won (just for a thin book)
It took 8 days also!!
If I had sent it by snail-mail - it would also have taken 8 days - but the postage would have been much much less.
EMS is a rip-off promising 3 days postage when they really also take 8 days! |
