Sorry if this has been mentioned before.

Going back to Toronto for vacation on Sat. and come back in 3 weeks at around 2:30/35 in Incheon. Going to be a long day. Leave T.O. at 11:55 pm on Sat. and get here on Monday morning at 2:30...wow.

So, I get through customs, pick up my bags and get out by 3:30 or so and then what?? When do the airport buses/Arex trains start up again? Do anyone know?

Thanks in advance.

Isn't the Incheon Guesthouse open 24 hours? I've definitely checked in well after midnight and have left at 5am. If not, I think if you email them they can work something out for you. They'll come pick you up at the airport and you'll be ten minutes away from a shower and bed. http://www.ghincheon.com/e_index.htm

Otherwise, there's a late-night bus to Seoul Station at I believe 3:50.

Oh yeah, so, my plane was about 40 min. late and after I got my bags and got out it was about 4:20 am. There was tons of people there including taxi drivers trying to charge 100,000 won to Seoul. There was a lady at the info desk and she said the AREX starts at 5:30, so I went there and waited with a bunch of others...no problem.

That flight is the one I'm usually on. Korean Air buses start leaving for Seoul at 3:30. I caught that one a few weeks ago. I got off at Seoul Station and took a taxi the rest of the way. It was 14,000 won.

Yeah, from T.O. I missed that bus by 10/15 min. or so...Well the one to my area at least, which is North Seoul. Anyways, the AREX was fine and then subway home. Wow...its amazing to see the amount of people start to get on at 6am. At Gimpo, a handful were on and by Yeongdeungpo-gu station, it was jammed....all in like 15 min. Glad I don't have to do that everyday.

Thankfully, I was right on time for that bus. I wouldn't have had the energy to wait around.

How was taking the subway? I had two large suitcases and two carry-ons, so I don't think I would have been able to make it work, especially if the train started to get busy as you mention.
