I was thinking about buy my girlfriend a pair of silver dimond ear rings. I plan on spending somewhere between $200-$300. Is there a good place to go in Seoul where I won't get ripped off. I don't want to be over charged, but want to avoid buying fakes. Should I just go to a department store or would a small jewelry shop work? Thanks.
