Hey all!
I work only 96 hours a month with my hogwan. So I have lots of free time. I am wondering what do you all do with your free time? I need some ideas to keep myself occupied. I prefer something productive like learning something new.. any ideas?

Here are a few ideas~

1.Gym

2. Learn something new (I'm quite interested in Korean archery and Korean drums)

3. Volunteer work - I bet there are some orphanages around that would love to have you spend some time there

4. Join the group dedicated to defending foreigners by doing the same kinds of stalking with cameras and notepads that members of certain Korean groups are doing against us. A few pics of such members filling their cars up with paint thinner, or visiting the local sex hole (room salon/barbershop/gayobang) would help the cause..hehe

OK, that last one is only a joke...sort of......

you can search fb or google for expat groups? book clubs, adventurekorea, ybm offers a nicely priced intro korean class, seoul stitchNbitch for knitting, kfcc shows free movies/lectures/music lessons, etc...

There was an exercise in 4 hour work week that basically solved this problem for me. It went something like if you had a ton of money:

List 5 things you would do
List 5 things you would learn
List 5 places you would go

something like that. That really got me thinking and now I always know what to do with my free time.
