I teach at two new schools this year and 3 days a week at my old school. The two new schools put all my classes in the morning and let me go home after I eat my lunch. If that was all my schools I would think about signing for another year. But my main school makes me sit there for hours and hours as they usually cancel many classes. These jobs would be good if there was no desk time.

I would sign on for another year if I wasn't required to 'teach' 800 students a week in a class that they're not being tested on, with no curriculum and no support.

But alas...

I've only worked at one school that let me go whenever I wanted. It was a very, very good year. Too bad the school was in the middle of a war zone. Sad

Yeah, I'm getting a little tired of making up bs lessons from scratch and not getting any feedback. In theory it sounds nice but it is soul sucking.

i would renew if only the school would let me come in at 10pm, leave at noon, not have to teach, give me a 100 pyeong apartment, and double my salary.

I guess you mean 10am, right?

Personally, I would rather come in at 11.30, have lunch, surf the net for a while then knock off at 2. I would happily do this for 3 mil a month. I might think about 1 extra curricular class a day, but we would only watch movies and I wouldn't do it for any less than 100,000 an hour.
