Go here and choose Global in the top right corner. Change to English. Then get a certificate with your bank issued info. Hope that helps! |

You have to go to your local branch and they will give you some codes. I can't remember exactly how it worked, but i do remember them giving me a long piece of paper with instructions on it and hand written codes to type in.
Each branch should have an "english speaker" to help you if you ask. Good Luck. |

Yeah I have to use IE and usually disable my antivirus software or else the page is all messed up.
Ive been with NH for a while but havent sent money online with them. Im curious as to how much the fee will be online....?
I get GOUGED regularly at my local branch. Its 40,000 a pop. I know you can send money with any bank (even those you dont have an account with) but I just got too lazy because NH is right around the corner... |

do it online--it's way cheaper. i called the english line today and the cost is 5,000 for the wire, and another charge for sending the $...it all depends on how much u send. e.g., under $2,000 USD, i think it's 7000 won. call the bank and get english line...the rep will tell you all. |
