Just wondering, if I come to Korea on a tourist visa and apply for an F-4 visa, do I have to leave the country to get the F-4 or is it possible to apply without leaving?
Would it be more interesting to get the F-4 visa before coming to Korea? |

| 2 teachers at my school got the F4. I'm pretty sure they didn't have to leave to get it. |
