I hate to do it, but it's time. My neighbor just doesn't understand that he (and his friends) can't play his electric guitar until 3AM every morning--no matter how many times I've explained that I have to work in the morning.
So, does anyone have a phone number for the local police in Haebangchan? And, do they speak English or do i need to have my Korean girlfriend call (she's not happy about the idea)?
Anyone with experience or knowledge calling in about a noise violation, your help would be appreciated!
