Hi guys. I'm new to this forum and I'm thinking about teaching in South Korea. I wanted to see if anyone here has any experience with a company called People Recruit (www.peoplerecruit.com). I've heard all the usual horror stories about dodgy language schools and was wondering if you could tell me whether you guys who've worked in South Korea have gone through a company like this and if you'd recommend them?
Sorry if there's been other posts like this one before - I've tried searching the forum to find them but the search keeps returning a blank page for some reason.
Thanks |

THIS IS THE PAT RESPONSE ALWAYS PRINTED IN BOLD FONT:
ALWAYS USE ALL RECRUITERS. ALWAYS PLASTER YOUR CV ON ANY JOB BOARD YOU CAN FIND. CREATE A SEPARATE E-MAIL ACCOUNT TO HANDLE ANY POTENTIAL INCOMING GARBAGE.
BASE YOUR DECISION ON THE QUALITY OF THE POSITION OFFERED AND HOW WELL THE TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT MATCH UP TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
AGAIN: USE ALL RECRUITERS. IF ONE TRIES TO PRESSURE YOU INTO TAKING A JOB THAT YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED IN, DROP THAT ONE AND MOVE ON. |
