If it's the one near Wangshimni station, I worked at the SLP below it my first year here in 2004. It's a very central location in Seoul. You can get to any of the 6 major subway lines within a couple of stops, and cab rides to most popular areas will never run more than 15,000 won.
I have no idea about the working conditions, but if it's where I think it is, it's a very, very solid place to live in Seoul. Not much actually going on there, but you'll have easy/cheap access to just about every major area in Seoul. |

| Thanks for the reply. It's just strange because when I type Sungdong Gu into wiki no info comes up and I can hardly find anything on the Olympiad school... |
