I know this is a long-shot, but coach decided that I'd make a good first baseman. So I'm in need of a first-baseman's glove and thought maybe someone's got one sitting in a closet.

I have a buddy coming from Canada next week and he said he'd bring me one, but if not, I'm interested if the OP isn't!

By the way, warmachinenkorea do you guys call it a ballglove, or a ballmitt?

We say glove but you might hear an older guy call it a ball glove. A mitt is a catcher's mitt and first baseman's mitt. It has to do with individual finger holes. Yes, mitt's have individual finger holes but usually the mitt has a place for 2 or more(old school mitts) fingers. Mitt is short for mitten. Picky I know but I'm still being silly.
