First time paying Korean taxes. I also spend a good chunk of money on Tuition. How do I go about getting some kind of write off with the tuition I paid?

I gave the receipt to my school's accountant and they basically said, "You need to file this when its time to do taxes." They didn't tell me how, or even offer to help.
