Michelin Man.

I think I saw his mom wipe his arse and use the same cloth right after to wipe under his chin.

Kentucky Fried Chicken in your neighborhood. Colonel Sanders and the boys make it finger lickin' good.

I wonder if he'll be able to lose the weight. Hope so.

Honestly, all that sick fake-food has got to go. Evidently it tempts people beyond their own self-control, and it would be better to just omit it from the planet.

That's terrible. The worst part is that it's completely preventable. Look at what she buys him to eat! Visit the produce section once in a while, lady!

It is sad and in most cases it's preventable. I just don't understand how an individual allows themselves (or their parents) to get that obese. There's overweight and there's just flat out obese!!

Is anyone really surprised?
America is the only country with obese homeless... isn't that an oxymoron?

Gross....I couldn't even watch the whole thing. The introductory part of it says enough. It's cases like this that make Americans the object of scorn, and rightfully so!

This is what happens when the free market runs rampant and companies are allowed to mass produce their cheap junk food unchecked. Make each burger $50 and every pizza $100 so that people literally have to work for that crap.

I watched the whole thing last night. Yes, the mother buys him crap food, and yes, that's what he claims to like to eat, but behind that they uncover why she bends to his every whim. She had lost her first child as an infant and I guess she felt really guilty about that and didn't want to deny her second son anything. It's really sad, and she herself admits that if she could she would do things totally differently.

It's gross, but worth a watch. What struck me is what the people who work in the hospital where h had his surgery think about seeing obese person after obese person wheeled into their wards. I wonder if some people aren't normalised to seeing them.

Remember that movie, "what's eating gilbert grape?", The mom (who was obese) hid in her house and whenever she ventured in public, people gawked and stared. Sure, that was a movie, but I hazard to guess people wouldn't be as shocked now that it's much more common to see morbidly obese people.
