I've had only good experiences with Uniworld Tour. They are always quick to reply to e-mails. You can dig up the e-mail addy from their website:

There's no English info on their website, but like I said, they've always been really good about replying to e-mails. Also, the couple of times that I've had to call, English hasn't been a problem.
