Does anyone know if this is possible? I'm in Seoul, so any locations would be greatly appreciated.

If you have:
* Proof of address (Proof of citizenship)
* Proof of ID
* Money and income
Then yes. Maybe try HSBC. |

| I think HSBC requires a huge deposit, at least it did in Bangkok |
