I have a two year old Everun pocket computer for sale. It's made in Korea by a small Korean company, RAON digital.

Be warned that this company has gone out of business and finding replacement parts could be tricky.
The Everun comes with a power supply, battery (roughly 2-3 hours of use, down from 4+ when new) a USB hub with 4 ports and I can throw in a full sized external keyboard as well.
Specs are 512MB of RAM and a 60gig HDD. Screen size is 800*480 The CPU is a AMD GeodeLX running at 600MHz, so it has sufficient power for viewing DivX and Xvid codecs, browsing the Internet (no flash sites) but Daves and email is no problem. I also played Baldur's gate and Heroes of Might and Magic 3 on it at full speed. The chipset does not support 3D, so no DirectX 3d software.
It's Wibro compatible and I can leave the drivers on it for you.
OS is Win XP home.
Given it's age, I'd guess that this is worth 150,000 or so. The catch is the battery. There's maybe a year's left in it and then you're on your own. It is possible to plug it into a car, if you can find an adaptor for the ciggie lighter then the battery isn't a concern. Since it runs Windows XP any navigation kit that could plug into a laptop would run on it.
I'm basically looking for offers. If the best offer is worth more to me than throwing it out or giving it to my 5 year old to play with then that's what it will go for.
Any offer over 30,000 will be considered.
I'm leaving in 2 months. Best offer by then or any fair offer now will take it. |

I said I'd consider any offer over 30,000 not give it to the first guy who bids 30,000.
Nice try.
At the moment the best bid is for 40,000.
The earliest I can sell it is next weekend. As of right now this is the only computer that we have in the apartment. Next weekend however it will be just one of three in my Mother in laws house, and I can let it go as early as then. |

I've got pms from roughly 5 different people but I don't see yours Soupbone.
Right now the best bids are one at 75,000 and one at 80,000. I'm trying to hook up with one and arrange a sale. I'll update this thread when done. |

I had one guy ask if he could see photos. That's not so easy to arrange, as I'm without regular access to a full PC and the stolen Internet is very very slow. Right on the edge of wifi range I think.
I can go to the effort of putting up photos on it, and if it's still in my hands next week when I have desktop, laptop, Everun, and camera all within reach then I'll do that. Since it is a pocket sized device however, it may be easier to simply arrange a time and place to meet and I'll put it through it's paces and you can like it or not. That's what I'm trying to do right now with the guys who are interested.
One more thing. The 'full size external keyboard' is just that. It may have seemed from my post that it was a foldable keyboard or something. It's just a USB compatible keyboard that I have lying around and I use it around the home. The Everun is bluetooth compatible, so you could use a PDA keyboard or similar if you like, however I find the attached chiclet keyboard good enough for passwords and small emails, and I used my desktop for the real inputing tasks. I found myself using this as a very good way to check Dave's, email and such on the subway. Also for the older games. |

I have a suitable buyer lined up, and will hopefully do the deal tomorrow.
If it falls through I'll update here.
There's been a lot of people showing interest and this isn't likely going to go to the highest bidder. |

If the deal falls through, I'll take it for 90,000. |
