| According to Enuri.com this camera can be bought for about 750,000 Won but I've heard from friends that DSLR cameras often can be found for less in Yongsan. Are my friends right about this and if so how much money can I expect to save by going there? |

You'll probably get a better deal in Namdaemun than Yongsan. As for how much you'll save, it really depends on the place but I've been able to get at least 10% off the lowest price on Danawa or Enuri.
Watch out though. Sellers often try to sell used stuff as brand new grey-market goods. |
