When I went to school we studied four types of sentences: declarative,
imperative, exclamatory, and interrogative. I guess sometimes different countries use different terminology, but does anyone refer to "interrogative sentences" as "interrogation sentences"?

The terminology "interrogation sentences" strikes me as odd ... but
maybe I need to go back to school.

Thanks for your replies.

...was someone interrogating you on your knowledge of the four types of sentences?

Interrogative sentences are the sentences of choice by the most discerning of interrogation specialists.

No. It's a worksheet for students that was prepared by another teacher.

Do they call them "interrogation sentences" these days?
