Can anyone give any reccomendations for Good, Clean, Cheap hotels that will rent a room by the Month? Or maybe around 3 weeks?

Location doesnt matter, as long as its in Seoul. BUt CENTRAL Seoul would be nice.

Willing to pay around 1Million WON for a month.

No love hotels, thanks!

Call around to some of the nicer hotels and ask for monthly rate discounts. But for 1 million a month, that averages out to about 30k-35k a night.
And anyway, I've stayed in plenty of love motels and it's not like they are all pink with handcuffs on the wall and dildos in the cabinets. I've been in ones with nice flat screen HDTVs, jacuzzi baths, mini fridges, and most will have pickup/delivery laundry service for extended stays.

You're looking for a serious deal, and I can't think of anything I'd honestly recommend at the price. I do like the Bi-won Hotel (Tourist Hotel) in Wonnam-dong. It's right by Changkyounggung, and within reasonable walking distance of Insa-dong, Hyehwa and Jongno. It's not that beautiful, but the rooms were great. They offer significant discounts if you contact them, but not as low as you're looking for. In 2008 they cut the room rate down to 60,000 won per night for a week for my family.

When are they coming? It also depends on the date, if they come in December (HIGH-season!), it will be impossible to find anything like that. They coming before, during, or after the holiday season?

Try the Metro Hotel in Myeongdong.

Very nice, not too hard on the wallet and they speak good English too.

I recommend the Vabien Suites near Seodaemun/Seoul Station. You get a large fully furnished apartment and they rent by the day/week/month. It's a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. I think it works out at 40k+ a night depending on how long you stay and how big of an apartment you want.

Somerset Place or Frasier Place are good but more expensive.

100k night (+tax) for a month is their cheapest option, at least acccording to the webpage. Confused
