So....
I moved to Korea about a month ago and the day to day walking around it's impossible not to hear fabulous hits such as the Brown Eyed Girls singing Abracadabra and 2NE1 with Lollipop and I Don't Care. Anyways the real question I'm asking is,
What are the names of a bunch of other ridiculous catchy and equally terri... I mean good K-Pop songs?
Thanks |

Lately I have that Sondambi song from the cell phone commercial stuck in my head, just her robot voice shrieking:
"AMOLEEEED! AMOLE-MOLE-MOLE-MOLE AMOLEEEED!"
It's starting to get on my nerves. |

| You can also go to world.kbs.co.kr and click on entertainment to find what's the top 10 songs in K-pop every week, and there's also a streaming radio station so you can listen to all the great hits as well. |

| Nice looking girls but they are like a Simpson's episode when Bart forms a boy band. All the music is filtered through voice machines and they don't even try to hide this fact. How can they call it music when half the songs sound like a computer singing. |

I think that's an imitation of the vocoder/autotune trend in American hip-hop circa 2007-2008. Have you never heard T-Pain? |

I agree- ever heard any of them singing live? I watched Lee Hyori's "U Go Girl" live, and she didn't sound good. The only thing she has over other pop bands is that she can actually dance well; I haven't seen any decent dancing from Wondergirls, SNSD, Brown Eyed Girls, etc. |

I saw SNSD live, but it sounded just like the recording so I was pretty sure they lipsync'd it. |

Listening to Gee Gee by Girls Generation is the equivalent of drilling a big hole in my skull without any anasthesia.
I feel similiary about most K-pop though now and again I am pleasantly suprised. |
