semi-bricked Wii - HELP PLEASE!

So, I have a soft-modded Wii. I decided to use waninkoko's downgrader to try to get the Wii from 3.3K to 3.2U. Well, it through the process, and then when I restart the Wii, I get an English health and safety screen, press A, and then black screen. It remains on, just unresponsive in any way. Anybody have experience in Korea getting such a problem resolved? Any help would be appreciated.
