Apparently police say he has raped 125 women over the course of nine years in and around Seoul.
Probably was encouraged by the Korean history of rape verdicts that allows Korean men to rape Filipina wives with no punishments because they don't understand Korean culture according to the judge. Or because Korean men are allowed to rape their own retarded Korean niece and get no time because they express remorse.
I'm sure he'll say he is sorry and get no prison time. |

It probably changes randomly, but there's an ad on that page for a dating service... the ad showed a photo of a guy, which said, "I'm a 39 year-old man looking for a woman between the ages of 18 and 25."
I just about spit my breakfast out all over the screen. |

Either this guy is incredibly smart at covering his tracks and avoiding CCTV cameras, or the Paju police are incompetent desk-jockeys.

Or they don't care when someone files rape charges and half-heartedly investigate it. I'm willing to bet it was not until he stole jewelry and got a cctv picture that they took an interest in finding him. |

Ballparking... 125 rapes over 9 years is about 13 rapes per year which is about a rape every 28 days.
That's pretty messed up. A rape a month. This man suffers from no remorse and I hate to imagine what kind of mental problems he has. |

It was actually more than that. 125 women, 200 rapes.
Why hadn't I heard about this before, when the [Mod Edit] was at large? |

How can anyone feel safe. We've got rapists, murderers, a killer flu, and an upcoming economic meltdown.
