Can anyone suggest a good onomatopoeia for the sound of crushing/grinding ice (as in for preparing the red bean dessert that's popular in the summer).
Also, if anyone has a link to an exhaustive list of onomatopoeia words, please let me know. While I can always find lists with sounds I wouldn't be able to describe, I can never find a list that has the sound I'm looking for.
