| I just moved into a new apartment and was wondering if I need to register my new address with immigration even though I'll only be here for a month before I leave the country. Does anyone know how to do this? |

Yes, you will, if you aren't a tourist with or without a visa. If you have E2 or F2-1, you've got a week after changing address to let them know.
If you don't not sure what the consequences will be, but if you think there's reason for them to know (like your name is on some legal document tying you to this new place) by the time you get to the airport, I'd say go ahead and register yourself.
I'd call them and ask them to be sure, or ask a Korean friend to call with your situation as a general question. |

| You can also register at your local gu office to avoid any fines immigration might throw at you. |

this is the way to go, and it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. |
