Hit a record high of 16.8% in September 2009 for the U6. I'm guessing this number will continue to increase as college graduates will start looking for work in a dry economy.

I'll bet if people stop talking about death panels and birth certificates and put their heads together, they could come up with a modern equivalent that would benefit the country as much as this example did.
