I've been getting the urge to go back to some of the games I used to play a lot (Hydro Thunder, SF Rush 2049, to name two), but don't have a DC handy.

I can order one from EBgames.com for a reasonable amount. $99 will get me a system and 6 games (then tack on $30 for shipping), so that's not too bad. I've seen systems and games for sale in Yongsan as well, and was wondering if anybody had bought on over here.

I know it's all about the Gamecube, Xbox and PS2 now, but I miss some of the DC games. Anybody out there still playing theirs? Or have any experience buying DC stuff here?

I used mine a lot before I left Canada. (7 weeks ago) NBA2K2 and Tennis2k2. Those games are sick.. I bought it for a $100 new with like 4 games. It was right after they discontinued them. Well worth it.

Yeah. I had one since they came out in '99. I didn't think I'd miss having it handy, but the urge to play Rush and Hydro Thunder is really eating at me. I could order it online right now, but I want to check out what games/controllers/VMUs go for here first. Might have to made a mid-week morning run to Yongsan. Very Happy

Yes, I am missing my DC. Should have brought it over.

There are a few vendors at Youngsan that sell used DCs (along with used PSXs and others). If you've been to the hallway that is dedicated to console systems, there is one vendor in particular sells used stuff on the side of the stairs. I don't know what the prices are like, though.
