I purchased this MP4 player as a curiosity and because we don't have a dvd player (it can output video files to your tv). The TV-Out works quite well. The brand is Forise but the packaging is generic, so yes... it's straight out of China. It's only 4gigs but has a micro SD slot so you can easily put more onto it.
The screen is 4.3" (which is much bigger than the Iphone/Ipod touch screen) which makes it awesome for video and it's quite thin. It never really left the house so the screen is not scratched up at all.

- 4.3" is a huge screen for an mp3 player (native res is 480x272 but it can handle stuff encoded higher than that)
- less than 1cm thick
- tv-out works very well (RCA/composite jacks)
- handles most video/audio formats with ease (avi/mp4/wmv/RM/FLV/WVA/OGG/h264 etc) and I never had to convert any video files to get them to run
- mp3 player has very good sound quality
- will resume your videos from where you left
- has a micro SD slot
- everything is drag and drop, no messy software programs to load things onto it
- original packaging included (usb cable, rubber protective case, tv-out cable, standard issue crappy earphones)

I have 2 minor complaints with the unit...
1) You can't seem to lock it (apparently a firmware upgrade can fix this but I didn't get into that) - the screen isn't so sensitive that it changes on contact anyway so it's probably fine in your pocket.
2) The power switch can go up or down, when you turn it on by pushing it down the player loads up in Korean and you have to set it back to English (very easy to do), when you push it up it will stay in English - so you just have to train yourself to always push it up, not a big deal but still a bit annoying, again the firmware update should fix this.

Asking 65,000 OBO, not a bad price considering what you're getting.
It might be a little too big to use as your primary mp3 player so I don't think the lock issue is really important, it kicks ass for video which is why I bought it.

Need to sell it this week, I'm in Seoul near Singuemho station (line 5), PM me if interested and I'll get back as soon as I can. Serious offers only.
