I shower everyday. I literally ensure every relevant part of myself is soaped, shampooed and rinsed thoroughly with hot water.

Each day after my shower, I apply deodorant, (gillette clear gel 24 hr protection). In summer, I shower twice a day.

Here in England, it's colder than Korea, so one shower is enough.

After each shower, I apply some aftershave to my beard.

I also use 2 cotton buds for each ear hole.

I brush my teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

If you find your life is miserable, it may be because your hygiene is lacking.

I personally cannot stand poor personal hygiene.

How would you rate your personal hygiene? Laughing

I shower twice daily, floss, brush, all that good stuff. In general I'm just not a very dirty or messy person, aside from a few stray hairs here and there, but I'm pretty good about cleaning up after I cook food, washing my bedsheets, vacuuming and not letting gunk build up anywhere in my apartment. I clean my bathroom every other week and I wear deodorant every day (unless I plan to spend the entire day indoors and cool, in which case there's hardly any reason to apply any). I, as well, on occasion use q-tips when I feel my ears need deep cleaning.

So yeah, I'd give myself a solid 9/10, very clean but not OCD ungodly religious about it.

I only use soap on my armpits and 'down under', soap is unnecessary, all those chemicals (no, I'm not a dirty hippy or Muslim that are both known for being filthy).

Enjoy the 'aftershave' on your beard *snicker*
