Since June, I've changed to a healthier diet and I've increased the amount of exercise that I do.

For the last few years my waist size was 30 inches. I no longer fit into any of my trousers of that size.

I went to Homeplus the other day and I bought a new pair of trousers, for work next week. My waist size is now 29 inches.

This topic is very serious and incredibly important, so please stay on topic. Laughing

I thought you were going back to the UK? What happened to that? How tall are you? I'm a 32-34 waist (varies greatly)

Still waiting for a contract from a new job abroad. Until I get that, I'll stay in Korea.

I forgot to mention I'm 5 ft 6 inches tall, 29 inch waist. Laughing

Sounds like total BS to me. Unless you are a genetic freak or a hardcore bodybuilder.

I don't either, that was the reason I asked how tall he was. I'm 6' and have a 32-34 waist (although I could stand to lose a few pounds).

6'4 285 40" I also have a 52" chest.

It is not far fetched to see a 6'1 guy with a 30 inch waist. I haev seen some tall skinny guys.

Woah! And I thought I was skinny. I'm 5' 8" and about that same weight, maybe a little more. I lost 10 lbs in the last month though 'cuz I was sick in the hospital. I feel like a weakling now.

BTW, my waist size is between 30-32.
