I tried a new kind of Korean food. It's thinly sliced pork looks similar to Shabu Shabu. It's covered in gochujang( red pepper paste) and grilled at the table. It's awesome. |

Definitely. I like it when it is slighty burnt and crispy.
The only downside is that it burns very easily, and if the people working at the restaurant don't change the grill fairly often, then it ends up ruining the meat. |
