| Hi, I'm an American and I got my resendential certificate sent to me only to get it notarized in Seoul. How do I get documents notarized here? I have to send the notarized document back to the IRS. |

According to your first sentence it's already notarized. If you need to get something notarized in K-land I'd suggest contacting a K-notary public (or your embassy to ask for directions). |

Oh sorry, I haven't actually gotten my certificate yet. They are asking me to get a notarized letter saying that I'm a U.S resident and I will remain one throughout the taxable year.
So I go the immigration office to get documents notarized? |
