Are letters of recommendation for SMOE and EPIK required to be formatted appropriately, or can I still use one that is written like a personal, rather than business letter? I ask because my current manager wrote me one in the personal letter format without any official contact information for the business I work at. |

If you have a good recruiter, they will send you all the information you need.
I don't know if it's available on the EPIK website.
But I do know that it needs to be on letterhead, with all contact info including address and phone #, with an ink signature. There are a few other requirements too. |

When I applied to EPIK, I had to arrange for my letters of recommendation to be sent to the EPIK office like everyone else. The letters had to be sent directly to the EPIK office and they also had to be on official stationary. |

Official Stationery with full contact information supplied.
Signed.
Sealed with the company's stamp on the flap of the envelope.
That's what my recruiter told me anyway. |
