Hey, I've been in Seoul a few weeks now and still don't have a cell phone.
Does anybody have a used one where I could just re-up the plan?
Or a pay by the minute phone that I could get for cheap?

| the shops with Show written all over em usually have second hand ones you can grab and get on pre paid... |

| great shop is right across the street from the Hamilton Hotel in Itaewon, on the left on the kebab vendor (you'll see wallets and phones in the window). The owner speaks great English and phones start at 40,000W with pre-paid phone cards he adds for you. I highly recommend him. |
