Hi, i am a korean american, whos about to get a degree with a BS major. I was interested in the EPIK, TALK, SMOE, all those public school programs and i've had experience teaching little kids for a semester. I was wondering what my chances were of getting into one of these programs. Do you guys know if they reject a lot of applicants or if they are understaffed at all? Thank you, i'm just a little nervous, i wanna get accepted.

Get yourself a 100hr TESOL certificate and tell the recruiter you want to teach in a rural school.
