I just bought an LG Coookie Ku9100. I have downloaded a number of LG Suites and Sync programs but still cannot connect to my computer.

I called LG costomer service in the US, and they promptly told me that they could not help me because it is a phone for the Korean market only.

I am desperate to find an LG program in English that will allow me to connect to my computer and the English manual.

Please help.

Ready to chuck the phone out the window.......
