So
I got an E-2 visa on my passport in Japan in August. But I lost it and of course the visa just before I left. I came anyway on my other passport (I have dual nationality and two passports). Then I had to leave to go to Japan again to get another E-2. I got it last week
But as I was in Japan, the Board of Education told me I need a CRC from both countries since I am a dual citizen. Nice timing dont you think?
They cancelled my contract and I am in Korea now looking for other work whilst waiting for the CRC from my other country. I suspect the Board of Frustration has already cancelled my second E2. If I have to go outside and get another visa from Japan after getting a new job, what are the chances they will just say no, we have already issued you 2 visas in as many months. You must wait.....months, years etc before you can apply to us again
