Okay, what are your thoughts on this. All types of constructive criticism are welcomed (not like i have a choice in the matter by posting on here).
Starting Salary
-24 hours a week for 2.4 a month with 3 months of paid vacation (no OT available)
-20 hours a week for 2.1 a month with 3 months of paid vacation (with OT available at 30,000 an hour, about 4 hours a week...maybe more)
These numbers are completely hypothetical. If you had a choice, which would you choose and why? Which would you not choose and why? The OT is optional. |

| Me, I want more freedom. I'd go with second. I assume OT is done at my pleasure, not the schools. |

The first for me too. I like to know the income level.
With 3 months vacation I'd be prepared to work harder during the year.
If that's a real job I'd like to get it too. The public school system is good for workload, but I don't get enough vacation time. |

| Yes, the first. I'm assuming they're contact hours, so it isn't bad at all. Plus, you'll need more money to enjoy your generous vacation time! |
